Before pulling her wait for at least a week or so for people to test her out. Also get a feel to the character's kit since we do have a trial, whether you want her or not. one thing I realized in this game is not all 5 star is 5 star for everyone. Some of them are literally worse than others due to playstyle or ease of use. Ex: I suck more at using Cutie patootie Encore cuz that's alot of microing to use efffectively.

@@LuckySotshi if you use yinlin before calcharo and then switch off him, he will lose her outro skill buff (electro and ult dmg 20%). I guess you can buff with your other support, go on calcharo ult and he will proc his automatic heavy then switch to yinlin and do her stuff fast then switch back. We just won't be able to animation cancel from every heavy calcharo and retain the buff like from the last closed beta

She's amazing and I'd be pulling for her even if she was much weaker. The design, animations are just superb. I'm not sure about her team for now, probably Encore+Yinlin+Verina, or using Havoc Rover once I got her echoes built up better, once I want some variety. I'll need to farm Tempest Mephis, since I've farmed up Thundering instead, and it seems Tempest is much better since the animation is much shorter.

You should mention Cloud set as an option for Subdps. Easier to gear, gives a faster rotation and it's more universal, as you can use it on Mortefi & Sanhua as well.

I think in the beginning for the cheap build you can put her on 5pc moonlit, and then move her over to 43311 electro eventually for the final sub-dps build.

Your total team DPS will be lower despite the buff to your main dps, since Yinlin does so much damage it’s better to buff her damage than lose all the electro damage in exchange for a small buff to another character. BUT using moonlit is still decent and means you won’t need 2 full electro sets if using her with another electro DPS like calcharo

I was saving my pull for Yinlin to use her as Calcharo’s sub dps. But when i saw the 4 star on the banner I changed my mind and used my pulls on Jiyan banner so I could dupe for Mortife and Danjin Since My other teams are MC Havoc and Jiyan with Calcharo being my 3rd team for end game tower. While trying to build pitty for Yinlin I lost track of my pulls lost my 50/50 at 70 to Jianxin. Kept pulling bc I am getting no luck on my dupes I want. The only 2 characters I have and don’t play Alta and Chixia have dupes. They are both at S4. 15 pull later I get a Jiyan dupe super early… I keep pulling another 2x10 pull I get Verina off the lost 50/50. I am now kinda rage pulling bc I really didn’t want Jiyan since I think his S1 is kinda meh as well as Verina. Also probably will never level use/level Jianxin bc of lack of resources. On top of that I pulled my 6 copy of the Def stat sword that is completely useless for anyone but Taoqi and I don’t even have her. The only thing decent I got out the pulls was get a S0 Danjin to S3. But at least I built 40 pitty towards Yinlin. If anyone is wondering how I got so many pulls is bc I rerolled until I got Jiyan on pull 7 of my 1x10pull. Out of all the reroll acc that one ended up being my worst weapon/4star pull. But at least it rolled decent on 5 star I guess.

I started day one, am on the $5 per month thing, got lucky with a Jiyan in my first 10 pull, did the full main story, a number of side quests, a decent amount of chest/exploration, the event, and every daily I'm sitting at about 90 pulls. I can't imagine pulling for Yinlin and any of the 1.1 characters as well. Is it just me, or is the pull count low in this game for low-spenders? Did I miss something (other than Tower)?

I have a question. Is performing a swap cancel on characters like Encore and Calcharo, where they don't lose their ult when we swap back to them, considered as being off the field? It could be that it's still counted as being on the field, because they don't lose their ult, so technically they also don't lose their buff.
