Do you really need a Tesla Model X or Tesla Model S? Or are you just a Boogie B?

I totally get what this is about. I got my Model Y cause of number 1 safety, number 2 emissions and number 3 CA gas prices. Let people think what they want, they don’t know you or your reasons for having what you have. Keep on keeping on!

i’m buying a 2023 model x plaid in march because i can afford it without hurting myself financially. the model x has been my dream car since 2018 when i first test drove it. i don’t care about the status of it or what people will think of me for it. it is the coolest car. now with the plaid and the yoke i’m in love, i test drove just a long range one last month and i knew i needed a plaid but that was the car for me.

👻 I understand exactly where your coming from… I also have good taste and buy things cause I like them.. not because other people like them… but I work hard for what I have and don’t care what other people think lol. Call me what you want but understand this, even if you only make $30,000 a year, your STILL a Bougie B to the homeless person on the corner cause you have more than them. Just live your life. Enjoy your Teslas or big house, or expensive trips, or “other” bougie B stuff. Cause unless your willing to give all that up.. you’ll still be considered a bougie B lol… even if you don’t think you are. Don’t let other people (the internet) control your life and the things you like or like to do. Be safe 👻

I watch all your videos. I never comment. I will now though. I had a Model S Plaid. It’s not boogie. It’s new technology, not everyone can afford the Plaid series at this point. Tesla’s, EV’s and renewable energy power sourcing is the future, no one can argue that. You have a family, I have a family, the safety, and technology, are great for families. Tesla’s over the air updates, are a breakthrough in car manufacturing. There are so many reasons to get a Tesla, its crazy. I like that you are so reflective on your behavior, and financial decisions. Don’t feel bad or boogie that you can afford the quickest and safest car available. It’s a great buy. The camo and tint, is just you expressing yourself. I love my privacy. I don’t see either of those choices as boogie. This was a great video for engagement, but cmon, you know you are doing the best you can for your family, and that’s all that counts.

It's okay to be a Boogie B because most people won't notice or care. Most people whom are Boogie are living in their own little world where they "think people care or are impressed" by what they do or own. It's the old saying of "people buy expensive cars to impress people they don't know at the stop lights"... the fact of the matter is that everyone at the stop light is only thinking about where they're going and whether or not they're gonna get there on time. Go ahead and be a Boogie, no shame or hurt in it. Just know that you're just Boogie all on your own and "nobody cares". :)

I didn’t feel any kind of way driving my X Plaid, but now that I have a Turbo S Taycan CT, I do feel a little “boogie b” and conspicuous 😅 I love the car and I think it does just about everything better than my Tesla (except charging), but I don’t drive it near as much as I thought I would just because it stands out so much. I waited for nearly a year for it but I thinking I’ll probably trade down to a MYP or maybe a Macan EV whenever it comes out.

I'm not bougie but I love tech so I would drive and S or X because I'm into the Tech. A lot of my friends don't know or care about tech..that just makes me feel more special.

Im feel like you. I only and have always purchased things that make me happy. not to impress others. now if they see it as nice items i take the compliment.. if what i like is affordable and i can acheive it then im going to do it for me. I have been looked at as i am flaunting and i have all this because of what i do for my own happines. Its just people not knowing.

I own a 2021 Model S and love it. Couldn’t care less what others think because I didn’t buy it to impress anyone. I bought it because it will be a car I will own and enjoy for the next 20 years.

Same feelings here: I'm going from a X to Y and it still feels more like an upgrade then a downgrade.
