Excellent! I trim my four barefoot horses every few weeks to keep them nice. They live on 22 mountain acres so there are rocks and all the good things that happen with frogs touching ground on hills. Everything in this video is right on. Thank you! I'm a new subscriber.

The owner needs to be slapped. The owner is ultimately responsible for the horse. My farrier calls me to remind me when my horses are due and kind of scolds me if I haven't done a good job in between. My old mare had terrible feet and at one point I had to disinfect her foot 4 times a day and clean the pasture. I swear the man is psychic because if I missed a day he always seemed to know.

It should be simple, really. I can't afford the care a horse needs. Therefore I don't own one. If that changes, and I have an income that allows it, I might get a pony or something. Since I'm not interested in riding. But extra company for me and any dogs on hikes and such, that would be nice.

I'd never yank a sole off like that. I couldn't, fingers are too slick from working with cardboard for years and never remembering to use lotion. Just slip right out of my grip.
