I am having this chia seeds morning drink adding jeera powder and cinnamon powder since 5 months now, lost 23 kgs with proper diet, this drink and walking for 1 hour 30 mins everyday in 9 months. (Updated) Total weight loss 30 kgs within 1 year 7 months

After walking, Practice these asanas everyday to tone the body(for atleast 20 minutes) : 1. Hastapadangushthasana and it's variations 2. Virbhadrasana Series 3. Naukasana 4. Trikonasana Side Variation Series 5. Utkatasana 6. Dhanurvakrasana Relax for 5 mins after completing this intense series. Then lie down in Shavasana and relax every part of your body.

I've been drinking lemon water with chia seeds for a couple of months now and I feel amazing. I don't feel as hungry and my digestion has improved significantly. Thank you very much for all the knowledge you share with us.
