Adam, I am a big fan of your channel. I just unlocked my first muscle up unconsciously and naturally with minimum momentum after exercising thousands time of jumping muscle up, band muscle up and high pull up. Also, full range motion of pull up is also the key. For me, your tutorial is the best fit and I think others will benefit from it. hi, if someone can do like 20 biceps pull-ups but only like 10-12 back pull-ups does this means he has a weaker back, do u advise adding an extra back pull-ups set? or is this normal? thank u very much

You'll adapt to the load you use. Which one you wanna be stronger in depends on your preferences

i was able to do a muscle up with band then tried no band and it felt even harder than before. like the opposite effect of doing a weighted pullup

You should be using multiple bands starting with the thickest. The bands help you build the proper muscles until you don't need them anymore. of course without them it feels harder, you need to do a lot more than 1 for them to get easier. 😂
