To do your first Muscle up in your life is a great feeling, and in this video, I’m gonna show you how to do it so you’ll feel the same the quickest possible way!
But before we get right into it a quick disclaimer: if you haven’t watched the videos on how to do high pull-ups, straight bar dips, the right technique, furthermore about its prerequisites, then I want you to start with those. If you miss those exercises and you’re not an experienced athlete, then it makes no sense to do what I’ll say.
In my previous videos I’ve already talked about the prerequisites of the bar muscle up, about the high pull-ups, straight bar dips and the technique, so you know everything you need to know about how the proper muscle up looks like.
The only question is, how can you learn the proper technique and how are you going to be able to do your first muscle up?

I did not able to swing in pull up As it my hands stick in pull-up bar

Adam, I am a big fan of your channel. I just unlocked my first muscle up unconsciously and naturally with minimum momentum after exercising thousands time of jumping muscle up, band muscle up and high pull up. Also, full range motion of pull up is also the key. For me, your tutorial is the best fit and I think others will benefit from it. Video did not say anything about the subtle but important shift in grip when transitioning from bottom to top and vise versa.

i was able to do a muscle up with band then tried no band and it felt even harder than before. like the opposite effect of doing a weighted pullup

wait, the band will have a mental effect on you so that without it feels harder.

You should be using multiple bands starting with the thickest. The bands help you build the proper muscles until you don't need them anymore. of course without them it feels harder, you need to do a lot more than 1 for them to get easier. 😂

hi, if someone can do like 20 biceps pull-ups but only like 10-12 back pull-ups does this means he has a weaker back, do u advise adding an extra back pull-ups set? or is this normal? thank u very much

You'll adapt to the load you use. Which one you wanna be stronger in depends on your preferences
