Doc nagising ako npkskit ng lower back ko Hindi ako mkgkagalaw.. ng normal. Sobrang sakit manhid leg ko. Ni research kita. Agd s u tube . Dhl dati n din kita Lina follow po.. At hinananp 😮ko un gnitong prob s videos mo about lower back pain .. at agad ko ginawa un exercises mo, aftr that, gumaan ang pkirmdam ko, feeling better. Unang session plng un. hi good noon Doc Jun matagal na ako naga follow sa iyong vlogs ,ito talaga ngayon ang naramdaman kong sakit nag stay ako 1night sa hospital walang nangyari, tapos 2time sa doctor nga Chinese medyo may change nang konti piro indi ko kaya yong iinit nang electric machine ,kaya itong vlogs mo ngayon ginawa ko medyo okay sa akin thank you so much Doc Jun God BLESS you ❤

I have sciatica since 2019 😢 I had multiple Physical Therapies & went to a Chiropractor. It gave me some relief but it’s still here😢 my MRI showed a bulging disc, exactly with what you’ve mentioned here on your video. I’m scheduled to have an epidural shot in May which I pray to be effective and hope that it will give me longer relief or cure 🙏🏼 thank you for inspiring exercises, I’ll add them to my daily stretches to start my day. Thank you, please continue to help your Senior fans here on KZbin 😊💕😇

I have desame problems exactly what you have...all procedure you made it I done my infiltration pedorAl ..just 6 months the duration..after is desame problem..I think no need to ask to yur doctor about the pedoral..better the exercise for sciatica..

Grabe gimising ako kaninang unaga umiikot ang tingin ko punta ako ng doctor due to this pandemic limited lang ang pastente na tinatanggap yung talagang emergency lang talaga kaya umuwi ako imiikot pa rin ang tingin ko kaya naalala kita Doc Jun kasi yung execise ko puro bend down kaya siguro nairitate ang aking L4 and L5 so ginaya kita hangang huli one time lang.malaki na ang relief ng pain ko at nawala na ang hilo just one time thank you im you subcriber ling time ago and also all to your notificatipn bell for your new video
