Kairo is big for his age. A pinch of humility will do him good going forward. I really want to see him make it. Kairo reminds me of Ravel Morrison. I hope he doesn't disappoint his mum.

They’re like adults. Speak with a maturity of a 30 year old. While shortsighted in their aspirations, they still only see it as a way out of poverty. It’s lowkey sad

@aarondavoes Yes the most important thing in football is creativity and improvisation and for that you need to just have fun and enjoy the game. When you are worried every miniute that you will be cut that will never happen The kids need to play street ball 70% of the time and only the rest with coaching and discipline.

If you ask youself why sport changed is because nobody plays sports for love towards, but for money. I get the money plays huge role in todays world. But at least kids should not be poisoned with money and luxury just after they are born.

Relax there superstar. It was his first time training with the older kids, yes, he had problems, it was a new thing. Give him 3-4 sessions, he'll fit in just fine or even excelling. You never write a kid off on one day. That's why trials are multiple sessions/days even weeks.
