Brilliant! I was working your radial tunnel exercises from 4yrs ago because my rock climbing grip is suffering. Just started, so too early ro know how it's working. Then just checked to see what else you had to offer, and found this gem! Something went click around my left temporal area resulting in immediate tinnitus, then head pressure, lack of focus and motivation. All this since 2012, have seen so many practitioners since, paid thousands, and not one has mentioned this! Yes, my temporalis is tender, so fingers crossed! Thanks for a great channel. I'll be looking at more of it to free up my 72yr old body to climb with greater mobility!

Exactly what ive had for many years ... all the points you describe. Nightguard on teeth, arthrocentesis on jaw, muscles around base of skull down into shoulder .... i dont chew much, just work hard in front of screens. I use electric heated massager and get the balls to dig into the skull musckes, work it around the neck, down the shoulders on my back. When the headache is terrible It will feel very bruised and like i have to work on it for 2 or 3 days, but it does help. Ive had to work this all out for myself. Im 59 and years of struggling. So thank you and spread the word x

I have Chiari Malformation & Syringomyelia. It's a Headache, a pain in the neck. Ha- ha- ha Those are the "common" symptoms. But not mine. I got those after surgery. 4 yrs ago I had a depression surgery & doctors removed my C1. I was in my early 30's, a single mother, & i could use my arms. I was told this surgery would cure me from it. No. There is no cure. Two weeks later my symptoms came back and he brought friend. By removing the C1 it limits the necks motion by 50%. My doctor (at that time) didnt tell me this in any of the appt I asked my mom asked. He didnt even get PT or anything after. Thank you so much for this video. Im tired of suffering in silence.

For me a migraine always starts with visual displays of zigzaging prismatic lines. 1 hour later, the headache starts.
