Sir which anabolic retain more muscle after cycle and PCT? Anavar or equipoise? Please make a separate video on harm reduction on anavar and equipoise? To my understanding once we stop cardio and heart rate settles there is not much of calorie burn that happens.. however going with heavy weight training promotes endurance and helps calorie burn much after workout also throughout the day even. 5 to 10 mins of cardio is understandable post workout as it helps depletes the glycogen stores. Pls clarify on this .. request 🙏🏻

Nothing, not even anabolics will maintain results if you don't workout, so my advice would be to only leave the supplements slowly after having achieved the desired result, but you have to replace what you're taking in form of supplements by increasing your diet accordingly, results will stay only if proper diet and exercise is maintained. Appreciable but there is no need of adding too much supplement ... There's a condition and age factor ... If you're student and ear salad and friuid through out the day then you don't need toh add fibre supplement and other Himalayas product except liv.52 ... Bcaa... High protein ... Plus cal. deficit is enough to desirable results ....👍

Exactly, but I'm not a student, I agree with what you have said, but as a surgeon working 16 hrs a day, it's almost impossible to satisfy all my macro and micros with diet, and it's the same with most of the individuals working high performance jobs, that's why I specifically mentioned in the title, it's "MY" stack, I'm not asking anyone to follow it, both these videos were made specifically to answer the hundreds of people asking me everyday, "what I took".

Hello doc ,I took nutrija eca( 50mg ephedrine + 300mg caffeine) on empty stomach for the first time, but felt no effect - no energy ,no increased heart beat , nothing. Is there something wrong with me as users are mentioning its effectiveness in reviews everywhere? Ps - i have no medical conditions I use only caffeine 300mg everyday and its sufficient dose for me to workout,but 300mg caffeine of ECA didn't gave me caffeine rush.
