எதற்கு இவ்வளவு குழப்பம் தயக்கம், நமது ஊரில் எளிதாக கிடைக்கும் வேர்கடலை, கொண்ட கடலை, பாசிப்பயறு போன்ற பொருட்களை புரததிர்க்காக எடுத்து கொள்ளலாம். சோயா எப்படி தயாராகிறது என்று நமக்கு தெரியாது அப்படி இருக்கையில் நாம் எதற்கு இவ்வளவு சிரத்தை எடுத்து அதை உண்ண வேண்டும்.

I don’t think that’s a good idea. My kid’s pediatrician always says that kids know better than us to eat just how much their body needs. But as adults, we tend to fall under a routine and end up eating 3 times whether or not we feel hungry.

தவறு , சைவமே உடலை வலுவாக்கும் , புரதம் , நார்ச்சத்து , சூரிய ஒளி ,(vit D3) , கொய்யா, நெல்லிக்காய் ,ஊற வைத்த வெந்தயம் சாப்பிட்டு வாருங்கள்..அப்புரம் நீர்க்காய்கறிகள் , கீரைகள் வாரம் (2 முறை) , அளவாக சோறு , உடல் உழைப்பு கடினம் என்றால் 3 நேர உணவு ,இல்லை என்றால் 2 நேர உணவு தான் .அதுவும் காலை உணவு 11 மணி, இரவு உணவு முடிந்த வரை 7-8 க்குள் எடுங்க போதும்...சூரிய ஒளிக்கு Vit D3 + Vit b12 மாத்திரை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்...

@doctorarunkumar: I've been asking this to few KZbin doctors .Noone reply for my query. I'll be asking you the same hoping it would get clarified. All the doctors suggest to eat dinner before sun set. Dinner at 6 pm and sleep at 9 pm works well. But people like me who works in IT, we have calls with US team till 12 am, the dinner at 6 pm is not working out. I get hungry from 9.30 pm to 12 am . Drinking water is not suffice and no proper sleep and next day morning migrane due to hunger . How to handle this? . What is the best food eating window for night shift people too.
