Hmm, I sometimes answer this higher amount of normal non painful gas production often with a funny meant remark 'if you eat like a horse, you fart like a horse'' most of my friends and advice on a vegan diet seekers... smile about this... and the other mostly I found out that they transitioned very fast and did give their body time to get used to the amount of fibre... The ones that have a real problem with it, used to have them already before..... those I send to get their micro biom checked... in 90% they had a disbiosis or even sebo... (like myself, from antibiotics uses)

I have a faster answer 🤣 "Close you're eating window.lol" I have not bloated since I've had a consistent 5 hour eating window for 4 months straight.🙌🏻

@Peter Rabbit YES!! We've simply been eating way too much!! I must also add,I've finally lost the last 10 pounds from consistently sticking to the 5 hour window.. It's so easy and my cravings are gone.🙌🏻

I’ve been eating this way for the past few years. Yes, I’m a little more gassy however I don’t have any pain or GI issues , but my goodness, I literally look 5 months pregnant . I love all these foods and don’t want to give them up but the bulge is really getting to me. Guess I’ll have to follow the elimination recommendations and see what happens 🤞

I guess my question is, is my abdomen distension harmless or is it a sign of a problem? Maybe it’s harmless. I just tend to worry about SIBO, leaky gut, and all these trendy inflammatory problems.

Nothing gives me more chest pains/gas than chick peas (hummus)! I love them so much but wow, I may need to cut them out of my diet 😢 I don’t mind the regular gas from other beans and legumes. But the chest pains from chickpeas is off the charts!!

Why do you put the word "base" in a raw plant diet? When you say something is based on something, are you not saying that it's not actual raw plants you eat but you eat things based on raw plants? Why not say, raw fruit and vegetable diet, etc?

Thank you!!! That phrase bothers me to no end!!!! EVERYBODY eats a diet *based* on plants! Pizza and tacos and hamburgers are based on plants, of course. That’s where food comes from.
