There are three companies in the UK. Skin + me, Dermatica and Klira. Dermatica ships to some of the countries in the EU and Klira is supposed to start soon as well. I've read that people complain about, even though Dermatica says you can pause the subscription, the small print makes it difficult, so you end up with too many bottles that you can't use up before they expire. This is why I decided to wait for Klira starting with shipping to the EU, even though their price is much higher. Hope their conditions are better.

I'm excited about this! I've been using Curology for almost 4 years. I like the formula and the packaging, but they jacked up the price twice in the last year - I started paying $39 per two-month supply bottle, and now I'm paying $79 for that. Yours is way more affordable for me.

@@lukastemberger If you do the math based on marketing conversion rates, etc. Assuming this message reaches 3 million subscribers, even if they have a low conversion rate of 1%, 300K people will visit the site. If 1% of those people purchase the tretinoin, they will gross almost $1.5 million. That doesn't take into account repeat purchases and referrals to friends.

I have cancelled my subscription from another company as my derm sells tretinoin +niacinamide compounded for her @ $35/30gr. To be completely transparent you should post full ingredients list on your website, including % of niacinamide. Some of us are allergic to carrier ingredients and have to be cautious. Got mine. Tired it for a few days now. Love the formula. Very light. The shipping and everything was very fast and easy enough. My only concern is that the site claim that the derm will prescribe it according to each person skin needs but we basically only have two options of tret on the site. We don’t know what other ingredients are in there other than the percentage of tret. I found that to be a lil confusing because if it’s really tailored for each individual, then we all would need to get different percentage and maybe some other ingredient for each specific needs. I think having that be a bit clear would be very good! Love both of you. Also, trying remedy as well. Supporting you two. ❤

Wow this is definitely a lot cheaper than my Apostrophe order. It's $75 for one bottle. That's not cheap. You guys should consider adding more percentages for the products. For example I was able to use .018% and now I use .025% Tret and would like to bump it up again before I get to 0.1% with apostrophe. Doing that has helped me manage irritation. I would also like the option to pause and start my order again. I have paused my Apostrophe order before because finances and I liked that option.

@@bychen5011yes I have ordered it. I think it's a great product overall. It feels nice but the downside is that you can only get one active added to your routine. You get tretnion and niacinamide and that's all. With Apostrophe you can get tret and azelaic acid, Clindamycin, and much more. They also have oral products that you might be interested in. You can also pause and unpause your orders with Apostrophe and can't with their brand.

This is great! But if you can get Tretinion from your dermatologist INSTEAD you should. A consultation is a MUST. There’s different strengths of Tretinion. A consultation will get you starting with the right strength to start with. As well as having the option to up the strength after a 12+ weeks. After insurance I only pay $10 which you can’t beat. Go see your dermatologist instead. This would be last resort or if you don’t have insurance would be a option to inquire about. But Tretinion is the BEST product for everything like they said. My skin is flawless.

Unfortunately, not impressed. Subscription was easy. Received my prescription within 10 days. BUT. It's supposed to be a 2 month supply, and the BUD (best used by date) is 1 month after compounding. So, you get a 2 month supply that expires in a month? Messaged Support, but nobody answers. Not good.

I placed an order as well and BUD stands for "beyond use date." The range being an additional 14 to 180 days of efficacy beyond that date. I learned this by simply reading the one page informational blurb included with the medication. So for my prescription, it was compounded on September 4th with the BUD as October 9th, giving me about 6 weeks of use, PLUS an additional 2-25 weeks. I'm very okay with that! Thank you Doctorly! I'm super excited to treat myself for my 48th birthday. Here we go! 😁

I signed up. But what's weird to me is that it's either 0.1% which is smth one needs to be really ready for, or 0.025%. Where's the middle ground? I bought it cause I've been on 0.05 for a while and am pretty sure I can move to 0.1. But it's just weird, imho. Also weird that your consultation comes after you bought the product. Shouldn't it be the other way around? 😅 Also - that email you send out about my customized product... it's not customized. It's one of the 2 you got :) Just pointing out some things that look and sound weird. I do love you guys, and am super happy for Dr Maxfield for getting his own gig out of this youtube channel. I have used Curology, then Agency for many years. They did raise the prices considerably. I think I will give this a try.
