Interesting content. I'd add a couple notes: Regarding tuna: Yes, there's tuna in oil and tuna in water, but there's also typically chunk tuna and albacore tuna. Albacore is typically fattier, and thus has 2x the fat than chunk tuna. So for example, chunk tuna in water is around 100 calories, while albacore in water is around 190. Something to be aware of. So, when you mix it with, say, mayo, mustard, capers, etc, you can easily work your way into a 500 calorie meal, when your intent is to be around 300. Regarding the zucchini spaghetti: I prefer portion control to zucchini. The texture and flavor just doesn't come close to real spaghetti. So IMHO better to have a sensible serving of serving of real spaghetti, less frequently, and truly enjoy it, than have zucchini and crave the real stuff. Regarding oil and vinegar/lemon juice: Yes, agree, although if you overdo it with the oil. Each tbsp (15ml) is about 60 calories. A few of those and you're nearly at 200 calories, just for the dressing.

@ivohage2 ай бұрын
7 scoops of peanut butter is insanely much. Another problem is, the one spoon is not the other. A teaspoon already is more than you'ld think. Most people use tablespoons :O!!!! And: scoop out a spoon of water out of a glass and scoop out a spoon of peanut butter out of a jar. The peanut butter is WAY more as it clumps together. Strike the spoons / cups off and suddenly the difference is MUCH smaller. One peanut butter also is not like the other. JIF contains A LOT of added sugar for example. 100% peanut butter is different already. But also: Tahini (sesame seed paste/butter) is a lot more fluid. So taking 1 spoon of that out of the jar is WAY LESS grams than peanut butter. And it tastes wonderful on Skyr/Mild soft cheese/Yoghurt! In the end there is no problem with eating peanut butter. I would just eat the healthiest form (100% or the PB2 version Mike promoted in other videos), fit an amount (let's say 15 grams) into your diet and only eat just that: 15 grams. You then are able to enjoy it every day.
@AnthonyMiller-yy3et2 ай бұрын
Peanuts are not nuts. They are legumes/beans and peanut butter is made with sucrose which is a highly addictive cardiovascular toxin. Listing almonds as a significant source of sugar is BS. Fat does not make you fat. Sucrose will make you fat. This is more grocery store BS. FBI investigation of this fraud is underway!
@mikewhite8848Ай бұрын
Your problem was the fact that you ate those 7 scoops at night, everybody should have a cut off time for food. I personally stop at 6pm or 7pm and don't eat a single morsel till next morning, the day I don't do it and eat past 7pm I feel it the next morning, I could feel the extra fat stored in my body, and feel more tired and sleepy.

Gummy bears or gummy anything seems an obvious one, bread I try to only eat the 45 carb Sara Lee, I've had Zero Sugar Coke but really don't need soft drinks at all honestly. I drink bottled water with the GV drink mix. Been trying the ACV, water, lemon mix at night. I'm 6ft 283 pounds, heaviest I've ever been. Going to watch more of your vids and follow instructions to see if I can lose at least 30 pounds for a start then go from there. Enjoying your videos so far.

Back when younger I was proud to be fit and under 80kgs. Now, I am 60 and 126 kg. The reason is that I am addicted to milk. I literally drink litres of full cream milk a day.. Recently, I started thinking about it... could I throw in some WPI or L carnatine. The WPI is low carb low sugar and high protein with fat burners. Maybe I could reduce the milk to a lower fat variety and drink more water... except it does not have that icy cool silky taste like milk does.

For the bread, what you showed us is not real bread, it's industrial processed brioche bread.
