In this video, you’ll learn the missing piece in your fat loss puzzle and the 10 Foods to help you get lean.
➢🔔Book a COACHING Call: tinyurl.com/DrM...
Everything we have known about calorie counting is wrong, Including myself. In the
end. If you’ve been stuck with your progress and just can’t get lean, your weight isn’t
moving, your calories are low sub 2000, your training 5 days a week and doing a lot of
cardio... it may be cause we have this calories in thing vs. calories thing wrong and we
need to fix your gut Microbiome. What I am about to share in this video is the missing
piece in your fat loss puzzle. 2017 was my first transformation and I dropped a total of 16lb
in 20 Weeks , I went through a muscle building phase in 2018 and dropped the same of fat
but in 12 weeks. In 2019 I did my first show and dropped 24 lbs in 16 weeks, and my last
show in 2021 I dropped a total of 39 lb in 28 weeks. I got better and more efficient at losing
the weight because of the quality of foods I was eating. I went from eating oreos everyday in
2017, to eating super foods in 2021 that allowed me to get into the shape of my life and get
lean. The best diet isn’t the one that is low in calories, the quality of the food really matters. The
best diet is the one that feeds your gut the right food and is sustainable).What if I told you, you
can literally use your gut bacteria to Get Lean? This is a whole new revolutionary science that
could change the weight loss game forever.

Thanks for sharing the Lov bro😊 studies sho that unnatural sweetener are decoding DNA? And interfering with brain function. I stopped using activa after reading these findings. Studies state it's best to drink regular sodas, do avoid the dark Carmel one and drink only half a can? Yeah, pour half out. Reason being the body recognize it in the pathways processing the sugars into an end product of alcohol. Unlike artificial which the pathways don't recognize therefore cause problems including inflammation, rashes and junk/trash in our systems. So have an occasional regular soda But only .5 or half. Thanks to this pod. Very supportive and empowering details😊 let's stay healthy
@ArthurMorgansDeadHorse
@ArthurMorgansDeadHorse Жыл бұрын
@darryl smith stevia is a natural, non-artififcial sweetener. I personally would avoid a normal soda due to the intense glucose spike you will get when drinking even half a can. Half a can of many sodas is still 20+ grams of instant sugar. Super detrimental to your health over time. But if you want to limit the impact, drink a normal soda after exercise and after ingesting protein and fats. That way the metabolization will be slowed greatly and the muscles will soak up the glucose quickly.

Those are fat cells from when you were fat, you'd have to get them frozen with cryotherapy. Maybe it's possible to fill the space with muscle. I don't like seafood. I don't like coffee. I don't like soda / soft drinks. I don't drink alcohol. (Haven't had alcoholic beverages since early 1990, My choice, not a necessity.) I don't like cooked yolk. IF the yolk is cooked, I have to drown out the flavor w/ ketchup. That being said, I normally eat a LOT of raw broccoli daily. (sliced thin, add ACV, little mustard, little ketchup, sometimes Nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes.) I drink smoothies almost every day. (I make fresh smoothies every week, freeze the excess until it's ready to consume.) My smoothies contain: Kale, spinach, broccoli, Lemon, Avocado, Cucumber, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and Bananas. I add lots of cinnamon when I'm going to consume it. My 'peanut butter and jelly sammiches' replace bread w/ green apple sliced thin, w/ strawberry slices in place of jelly, and Smuckers All Natural peanut butter. (Only peanuts and salt.) I do NOT eat before noon, (usually start after 2 PM.) [Intermittent Fasting] Unfortunately, I'm ALWAYS HUNGRY and Always craving salt and sugar. I usually drink about 3 to 4 ltr.s of water, daily. *** Daily AM Routine: [Have Not missed a day since I started back in December 2020.] 150 sit Ups (w/ sit up bench) Upper body stretches (about 5 minutes) 45 Push Ups about 5 minutes of yoga stretches... *** Usually Walk about 5 miles a day. Usually every week (once a week) intense roller skating (about 2 hours or so.) (advanced roller skater.) I have to do a water fast every once in a while to keep Me from reaching 170 lbs. I'm about 6' tall. (Goal is to be around low 140s) I don't want to bulk, just want to be lean. I'll eat pizza a few times a month, but mainly stick w/ My normal 'diet' above. I've lost weight eating bacon and fatty meats, such as the Carnivore diet, but that's not sustainable. (10 lbs. weight loss in a week!) VERY ACTIVE, so I don't know what I need to do to drop back down to 130s / 140s... I'm currently just under 169 lbs. Thanks!

I'm allergic to at least four of the foods you mentioned. What should I eat instead of eggs for example?
