My provisional certificate is issued last year August(2023) , Can I now submit that for APS?Cuz its older than an year... Or should i go with course completion certificate, since I was not provided with degree certificate ? Please do reply..and also can we staple two papers each for each semester marksheet.

While both documents list the same address, the Aadhar card includes the old post office, whereas the passport does not mention a post office at all. Hello, no, you can only apply for APS certificate with last second semester marksheet of your UG or PG degree.
