The Challenger hasn't changed because it's still the prettiest muscle car you can buy. They should only be making slight changes as they have done because a full redesign would almost undoubtedly come out uglier than what they have right now

A great video sir but 2 small corrections. 1. The Infiniti AWD system is RWD in most scenarios the only time its fully active is low speed situations like launches otherwise its off and only engages when slip is detected. 2. The Q50/60 actually are much more affordable than their MSRP would suggest, most dealers will knock off 10-12K and people are picking up fully loaded versions RS vesrions for as little as $500/Month on a lease. Infiniti will deal all day on these cars.

Where do you make these vids? I have some cars that I would lend for these tests. I had test driven the red sport 400 and it was nice. It wasn’t what I expected tho. I expected to have the smile that test driving the GOLF R gave me. I had the MK7 in stick. Put in the tune. That car ate cars for breakfast that it had no right eating! Lolz. I would race a stang 5.0 and leave him for dead. After a few of these I realized that my car was a serial killer and would test my might against cars that were insane. W / the work I had put into her , she was making about 515 HP on the dyno. I did very little to the outside to show anything. I got challenged by a GTR on the bridge at 3AM. We were already rolling at about 35 mph. He did the honking bs and he got the jump and was about where is side mirror was passing my front bumper when I started to reel him back in , and I just kept pulling on him until I could see his plates in my rear view. We were going very fast by that point. When we got off the bridge. ( the bridge is about a mile and a half from entrance to exit ramp).he asked me “what the hell is that thing??” Smiling but in awe that I beat him. I had a take exhaust. Remote control baffles so it wasn’t one of those fkn lawnmower sounding hatches. Hate that sound. I just said “it’s a golf R. , the Germans build nuclear power plants in these engines “. 2.0 liter 4 cylinder. I prob weighed 800 pounds less than him also. Once I had hooked that golf up to that point , I never lost a race. I didn’t bring it to the track to compete but I did run against some heavy hitters. That Golf R was the most fun car I’ve ever had for the money to smiles per gallon ratio. And it was AWD. They did the right thing w that car. And stock , it made more HP using one small turbo than the Infiniti manages with an engine almost twice as big with two turbos?? That’s something I don’t get. Unless it’s a GTR engine that needs a good jail breaking.

@@marboghini Facts, I got a Q60 RS400 and that GT challenger would not even come close to competing with me. I’m no longer stock and running a Stage 2 tuned setup with FBO’s pushing 430 whp & 515 pft. So I’m easily gapping stock euros in my class, and even some tuned hemis.

The exterior wise Q60 hardly distinguishable from a row of similar cars, while the Challenger is a head turner. And this is full size car. But for the point of video - yeah, the result was more or less predictable. Infinity with AWD and twin turbo has a way better start, and after they've launched, they are equal, and the GT has nothing to offer extra to cover the gap.

Unless you are in Detroit or 24 hours on the road, it not realistically to see so many. From the automotive perspective - the lines, proportions, muscular look, exterior add-ons - not easy to find another car that represents "The Car" like Dodge Challenger or Charger. But if you turning head after gold paint Toyota or Lambo with the diamonds - it just your personal taste...

The block is super stout, the intake ports are crying for a supercharger (designed much like its big brother Hemi) and I am sure the whole package (with some slight beefing) could handle up 1000 hp. I am sure the Chrysler Boys knew they would have to jettison the 2V Hemi in the future (due to emissions, etc.) and purposely overbuilt the basic pentastar engine with a supercharger in mind (for the future).

Again, same issue like with the v6 charger and the two turbo v4s. The turbo doesn’t only make the horse power more or less even, it gives it a lot of boost at certain rpms. I don’t get it why match up straight 6s against turbo cars. Match a straight 6 to another straight 6 or a RT to a turbo 4 or 6. The straight 6s will always get gapped by turbo charged cars.

I have a 2023 dodge challenger sxt plus. I think he’s not stepping all the way. My feels way faster. My body gets pushed to the seat and the rpm feels way higher than the one on this video. The fastest I had on my from 0 to 60 was 5.9 sec. Usually is 6.2sec.
