Dodge Dynasty ! It seems impossible, but we got two of them on the same day !

Wouldnt be surprised if the transmissions went out. The only dynastys left these days all have low miles because the transmissions haven blown yet

More likely, the timing belts went. Chrysler loved using timing belts with interference engines, and once those go, you have to buy whole new heads, cams, and valves, thousands of dollars.

Both are forever cars, change all fluids twice as often as you think. All seals and timing belt will stay young, flexible and tight, 🎭 "that's what she said". $25 dipstick suckerpump, ("thats what-$🔝 doing that) from Amazon makes it easy and fun to suck out the last drop. I even put in a little clean fresh fluid and suck it out until it clear. But I'm Olympian , my living room on wheels in 33 years old nearing 300,000 miles. Changed oil a month ago and it's still so clear you can't hardly see it on the dipstick. Fluid is cheaper than parts.
