While watching the video I noticed that the outboard brake pad sits loose on the caliper. I would recommend bending the tabs to make the pad cling on to the caliper or perhaps use 'Brake Disc Quiet' on the pad.

Hi, Stephen. I finished servicing my brakes, with new rotor and pads. I also noticed the outboard pad does not sit tight and rattles. You suggested bending tab, just wonder if it worked for you. Service manual did not mention this. The older dodges has some flawed design. Anyways, I appreciate your videos and advice. Thank you.

If you skip to 1:04 and hit pause it appears that they are supposed to be 180 inch pounds.

best front brake design ever, gm is safer but this is better, ford sucks f150 is a joke, just comparing 70's front brakes.

Clips to hold on a brake caliber, one of the stupidest designs I have seen.

There isn't any load on the clip. The caliper is fully captured in the spindle bracket. The clips just keep everything in place. It's actually a very good system.
