I've cut those open right along the Crack and the Crack would need to go about 2 inches up before it wild get to the nearest water, that's why you don't see those trucks running around blowing stream out the exhaust. As for copying the vortex head... it came out 3 years before the vortec.

@@rayowens4355 It has to do with air speed and how stable the ssr is at high lift. I am mortal as well....

Probably a dumb question but ill ask it anyway . On the part of stem on the valve that see's air flow inside the port can you shave that section of the valve a 1000s of an inch or 2 to improve on flow or will it make the valve too weak 🤔
