After this presentation, I'm definitely going to put in an order for all of their flavors. I noticed you spill a bit of that Irish Rsd, and thinking you should make a video about how to pour from a can. That would be interesting. 😁

Love the fact they have so many types, now I can have some fun drinks but don't need to go to a brewery and drink alcohol to try them

What I like about Athletic is they treat their beer like a “real” (aka full alcohol) craft brewery. By that I mean, they create new beers/flavors/styles/experiment/limited releases/etc. One thing I find lame with many other breweries doing NA is they just put up one or one of each style. “This is our NA lager, NA stout” but aren’t doing “this is out spicy mango IPA limited release”

100%, everyone I've given Athletic beers too are shocked at how many styles they have and the quality of the beers

I can't have alcohol due to meds I'm on, and I'm currently in love with Athletic's First Ride and Downwinder gose. To see someone as well versed in beer as you are give them a pretty high rating is, I think, a testament to how good their brews are. Cheers!

Great review! This gives me an idea for future beverages to try from them. I've been trying to move away from traditional beers due to medical reasons, so this is a good resource! Thanks again!

As a whole I say the best na brewery but there are single na beers out the that are amazing but that's not their main focus as a brewery

I love the Hazy, & their lite is wayyy better than Bud Lite, for sure. I'm not "anti-alcohol", but I just love their beverages!

Yes agree. Their sours are amazing as well. I keep them in my fridge for when I'm doing yard work or just wanting something to drink but don't want alcohol

Maybe I just have high standards but I wasn't a fan. Just another "IPA and quick sour" focused brewery that cannot deliver on the most basic traditional malty beers: marzen, pilsner, brown lager - these tasted so far off to me, and not even offered year round. To me that's like a restaurant failing to cook a soft boiled egg when you ask them to make you one - failing at the basics. Their hoppy ales are the only good thing about them, but the reality is that many of us just don't enjoy IPAs.
@HopsAndBrews3 ай бұрын
Have you tried ordering from their website. Because they have a lot of those flavors for sale most of the year plus experimental flavors. Also NA Beers will never taste 100% like real beer. But this is probably the closest I've ever tasted. Plus if the market says marzen, dark lagers dont sell as well, then yeah you would only make them for some time. But thats what local places are for. This is trying to get the masses

@@HopsAndBrews I just got to try athletic oktoberfest and thought it was horrificly bad. Too much like an american Pale Ale than a Festbier, too hoppy, wrong hop and malt profiles as well. It might sell for people who know never had a real alcoholic import german festbier, but as a long time fan of oktoberfest styles, I personally wasn't a fan.
@HopsAndBrews3 ай бұрын
@@lars2894 Oh I get it, yes I agree that most American breweries are horrible at making a European style beer. Same over there, you cant find a good IPA or Pale ale in Europe thats worth a damn. But as a whole of all NA Beers out there I think Athletic does the best job

As a recovering alcoholic who loved beer, I'm thinking, " where's the foam?" These brews without layers of foam well, YUK!

I would say these are the closest to beer. I've given these beers to friends and they can't tell it's NA
@arymniak110 ай бұрын
They do but I’d rather drink plain iced tea than pay expensive price for non alcohol beer, what’s the point. Look in the mirror the only reason you like the taste of beer is you tolerated the crap taste to get a buzz. No buzz no reason to drink it.
@HopsAndBrews10 ай бұрын
I drink NA beer all the time. Everyone's taste buds are different. there are tuns of different styles of Beer. plus NA beer has less calories and sugars than store bought ice tea, soda or juices
@Noone-xf9cm10 ай бұрын
You can drink your iced tea and the big boys who actually enjoy the taste of beer will drink these. “What’s the point” is the dumbest question. You don’t like beer, and others do. Simple.
