Fridays the bomb makes a extended air mixture screw that mounts to the side so you don’t have to stick your hand in or near the exhaust or carburetor

Hello, con some help me out with a XR250r ... tuning for high altitude.......
@chrisiollich48903 жыл бұрын
The best thing about your videos is that U live in south Africa and I live NORTHERN California, were I am the altitude 2800feet and Donner is around 7500feet, anyway the places we live in have alot in common, it's kinda cool that people can live THOUSANDS of miles away from each other and have similar lives when I first started watching your channel I figured oh well here is another guy that's going to ride his XRL around casually and maybe try a steep hill once In while and call it a giant hill climb, and make a video once in awhile and U never really get a Sence of what the bike can really do in the long run, but I've been pleasantly surprised, U ride the XRL like it's supposed to be rid'en U've tested stuff that alot riders should know about to make the XRL a better bike so That people that ride this bike Stay interested and will find out that the XR is still one of the best "I'll call it an ENDERO" because that's what I bought mine for and it seams that is how U ride you ride yours, I rode mine entil it finally wore down and stopped, timing chain rails. Don't mean go on talking so long but your channel has me enthused, and I'd like to be able to show U and some of the XRL owners what a modified XRL can do, because I've never really seen one that has a modified motor can do, and maybe I can find someone that can show me how to start my own channel and show you Some of the places in NOR-CAL my hot rod XRL!!!! THANK'S from NOR-CAL!!!!

Thanks for the great feedback, Chris! I appreciate it. I still feel like I am not nearly doing the XR justice. My ridings skills is mostly to blame, but I enjoy learning. And I agree, it is so cool to be able to share it with like-minded people on the other side of the world (especially since I ride alone most of the time). I'd be happy to help you start a KZbin channel. The more bike vids out there the better. You are welcome to email me (info@adventurebiketroop.com) and I can give you some tips on where to start and what to do to make quick progress with a channel. I've learned so much over the last year. Thanks again for the continued support! Cheers from SA

Laat weet as jy ooit in the area is. Ek wil nog verder gaan verken, maar ry gewoonlik op my eie. Cheers

I've loved those Landcruisers all my life but where I live there are no more because they rusted away. Your back tire is really cool looking. What is it? Any complaints?
@GreaseAndGravel3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I've always wanted a Land Cruiser. Couldn't pass on this one owner '77. There is some rust, but it runs good. My rear tire is a Heidenau K60 Scout. I am quite happy with it. Enough grip both on and offroad. In combination with a knobby front I think it would be perfect.
