Started off questioning the defendant? My popcorn is ready! Wow! They went through a divorce, he signed the house over to her, while remain living there for 7 years after the divorce, then he moved in with her mother next door for an additional 2 years? That can be taken as for 9 years he stayed as close as possible for the wellbeing of the children so they can still think things are normal until they come of age, or the defendants mother understood the bigger picture and did what was necessary for her grandkids as a father is needed in the household, not the government.

"Don't play with me!" Yeah - JJ knew what was going on all along. That woman lives in an echo chamber of her own friggin' head. She justifies every awful, petty, small thing she does and lies about. "They're MY tools" even though they aren't. "It's MY house, they're MY kids." That her mother was open to him being right there suggests that he wasn't an awful, rotten person. But I suspect the ex really resents it to her core. What a miserable person.

The only thing good for the kids is for the parents stay together and raise them adequately in an adequate home. Broken home upbringings have never-ending reverberations of the poor decision to have children you can’t build a family with. Then comes the parade of boyfriends and girlfriends and their kids, and the split holidays, the divided attention, the missed events. It’s chaos dumped on children who didn’t ask for it and have nothing to do with its origin.

@Betsy Brower Well, whoopdi do. I got divorced and remained friends with my ex. Maybe you're the problem. And I've raised 5 sons that are all great providers and strong men. I'm no snowflake just because I tell you that you don't have all the facts from these short clips. I remained friends with my ex, but I did not want to stay married to him. That's ridiculous. We know he had a shop and was taking over a business. We know he provided the entire time up until he moved with the mom. And he still provided somewhat. Maybe she was the one making his life hell. Did that even occur to you? That HER mother would allow him there he must've been doing something right. It sounds like they both tried to compromise for the kids until , who knows, maybe he met someone. She didn't like it , so told him to leave. The one thing that really passes me off about divorced moms is that they tend to think they can decide to take away time with the kids from the dads. She probably kicked him out to punish him and the mom decided to help him so he could still be close to the kids and get on his feet. Either way, you don't have all the facts. He WAS working, WAS involved with kids, WAS paying , and DID get his own place so YOU can get lost

After we got the divorce because she cheated and then started to date that man after that everything was fine we got along with co parenting but the second I started to date someone she started to become horrible telling me the sexual stuff her and the guy would do, telling me the kid isn’t mine she cheated the entire marriage, said she never loved me as well as telling me to continue to pay child support but she didn’t want me to see our child anymore. All because I started to date someone who happened to be somewhat famous because of my job. I’ll tell you when a women thinks someone else wants you they will turn into someone completely different.

They weren't her tools, just like the house wasn't hers. But yeah you get divorced and piggy wants everything! How generous of her to allow him to stay in the house they purchased together and I have little doubt he paid most into...

He said at 2:12 “When SHE originally purchased the house it was in both of our names.” Sounds to me like he was saying she put the money down for it so why assume he paid more into it?

Many years after the divorce, I see a man that still keeps up his appearance, and I see a woman who looks like she is eating the proceeds of child support like a manatee.
