It's so rare for me to like a Frank Ocean song on the first listen. I even hated the entire Blonde album despite giving like 3 tries but as always with Frank I heard it again a few months later and it just hit me. Now one of my Top 5 favourite albums of all time. His music can be very unorthodox but when it clicks, it clicks!

Thats interesting. I wasn't too fond of any of Channel Orange on first listen but shortly after doing this reaction I listened to the rest of Blond and liked most of it immediately. I think that may be because the kind of music Frank Ocean was doing at the time was very fresh, where nowadays it is commonplace. It seems it takes a few years for most people to catch up to what an artist is doing, or in your case, a few months if you're more insistent.

@@stephengeorge438 Most of my first listens for albums are not intensely focused, I usually am doing chores or such so I can't give a deep analysis but I can tell you that I enjoyed what I caught of it, certainly more than channel orange which didn't overly impress me.
