Rentals are really nice for testing. Sometimes at a normal t&t or something there will be over an hour between runs with all the different cars or classes, so it's nice to be able to do back to back passes for testing.

What is that wheel setup and specs . I love that look? Does it rub in the rear , rolled fenders?

Fenders aren't rolled. Suspension is all stock it doesn't rub and won't unless the shocks are worn out. Wheels are weld s77 rears are 17x10 +44 (7.2 BS) fronts are 18x5 -23 (2.2 BS)

My friend was looking at getting a lsa engine and tremendous for an old project car. What other comparable engines can he look at for lower costs new or similar to a lsa? He wants a gm engine and near the performance of upper 5s to 700 range for power. He said he won’t build a gen 3 or 4 ls either.

Well this is an LS3 with a LSA supercharger. You can put an LSA supercharger on any ls it just might need adapter plates for the heads depending on the heads. But 500-700 is a huge difference. But if he won't do. Gen 3 or 4 LS he isn't doing any LS. They're either gen 3 or 4. Gen V isn't an LS.

@@andrewd843 yes, I only mentioned the Ls gen3/4 engine because of the junkyard availability and affordable prices being modded. He likely wants a new factory engine setup within that power range. He wanted a 700hp 6.2 with the blower but I’m trying to get him to settle for something else to save some cash and be more realistic for his car. Thanks

@@timweb1510 the LSA is a Gen4 LS. Ls2 (came both 24x and 58x) so I consider them a weird one. LS3, LS7, LS9, LSA, L99, L92, L76, and a few more are all gen4. If he wants OEM new and to have a 6.2 it's really LSA, LSA, or LS9 unless he wants a truck motor or L99 6.2.

im trying to get my blazer running right,it has a 6.0 cammed with a t56 6 speed and a torqstorm supercharger how come you change the plugs so many times is it due to the methanol or e 85,if it was just pump gas would you be swapping plugs so much because mine are super hard to get to,like it take a couple days to change them.whats the advantage let me know,i put cooler plugs in it when i got the supercharger ngk tr 2's or 3's i forgot ,thanks

The spark plug will show what's happening in every cylinder. A data log just shows what the computer is telling it to do timing-wise, and commanded fuel-wise. The wideband just shows what fueling is doing on that bank which averages all the cylinders. So one cyl could be rich one could be lean but the log will look fine. The plugs will show if one is rich or lean, or too hot, or too cold. Plugs don't lie but logs will.
