I wouldn't be against it, man. But this just takes up so much time; to go out and find half a dozen pretty girls to talk to, takes at least a couple of hours, and I just don't have that sort of time. But, I do agree that NoFap is a good habit to build, however, it is notoriously difficult to collect empirical data around it.
