I am on Day 51 and I had what I would call a Major Close Call yesterday where I was searching certain names or words secretly hoping something would pop up despite knowing I have many image and other blockers set up. It consumed me for about an hour and I definitely felt a similar rush even though I did not see anything. Do you think I had a small setback and what do you suggest would be best to recover. To answer your question, in terms of your dopamine system and dopamine receptors, it's very unlikely it had any negative effects at all. But what these kinds of things can do, however, is to make the urges pop up again the following days (because you teased the addiction monster a bit) - so in a way, if doing things like this often - it sort of keeps the addiction alive (in terms of cravings). You did a good job for not falling into a p**n relapse, though - so you should be really proud about that. Don't worry about it, but at the same time, be a bit careful with those situations, as it's so easy to get grabbed by the addiction monster and let it spiral.

Can you please address this concern of mine? Once I get into 3-5 days of retention itself the amount of sleep required to get rejuvenated gets drastically reduced. I'm all fresh with just 4-5 hours of sleep. As an aspiring model who is building is body, will this adversely affect me?

Since retention can give a person more energy, as well as drain less energy out of him, it's pretty common for guys to require less sleep. As long as you feel fresh, good and alert with the amount you're getting, then nothing to worry about.

You're on the right track my brother. Everyone can improve, no matter where hey are at, with small enough goals. Sometimes, in life, we even have to microscopic goals. But that's ok! It's about slowly improving over time. Try to see if you can find any a couple of new hobbies that do not include your phone or computer - and then spend more and more time with those and less time online. At least until you get a solid base. Good luck, my brother. You can do this!
