Thank you for this video. I was married 26 years!!! He started a relationship in 30 days! This is a huge indicator of his character. His family is like whatever about it. They talk to me like if I was married to him for a year. They downplay everything like it's no big deal that he is dating this downgrade. I have been no contact since September. He downgraded. She is unattractive. I deserve better.

I did it!!! I feel so proud and so much better than before! One year no contact because I wanted so. It was hard. I cried a lot. I was depressed, sad every day. But.. just 2 days ago I found out how strong I am. I was walking to my job, and suddenly he stopped with car next to me and tried to talk to me. All nice and sweet. I said: please go away, I dont want to talk to you. He was surprised by that, but then he drove away. I was shaking. It was not easy but really I didn't have any wish to talk to him. I'm repulsed by him.

No, they miss your energy that they were stealing from us. I told my ex narcopath I was done yet, turns tables. I told him I know his mind and black little heart is on someone else "yes and it IS your fault" was his answer. LOL! Take him boo boo, I miss myself and now am healing. It is not my fault or yours, they will see exactly who's fault it is once they finally see you are GONE. I respect the dead so, can't treat them like that, just remember how happy they were to throw you under the bus and tell you its because of you. You will laugh and be indifferent. Once I killed off his persona, he showed me exactly who and WHAT he is.

Two months?! LOL my ex narc was already “love bombing” and basically in a relationship with a new supply 3 days after I broke up with him. Mind you during those 3 days after I broke things off with him, we were constantly texting back and forth about how much we loved and missed each other and we are going to get back together and take things slow.. and he had already had sex with the new supply at this point (“3 days!!!!”)

He is a sick, twisted individual who destroyed a person who truly loved, adored him, and did anything for him. There are no more chances.

He will miss the sugar momma I was..he has nothing waited and waited on the promises to get his shit together..glad my daughter got me to see the light and realize he was a leech..his looks are gone, back busted no decent vehicle ,to take a date on ,had to take my car always, very little money but from odd car jobs...living in his motor home I was helping him restore...he must be panicking..with all the strikes like that how will he get a women with her shit together like me plus who put up with his b.s. give him a home help with grandkids he watches has be a good grandma type like me....no way in hell

Do narcs ever go years without someone new???? Mine went only 2 months after an almost 3 year relationship.....we were getting married 2 months before the breakup. He moved on (which broke my heart even though I kicked him out) and erased me like I'd never existed. Sometimes I think I may have been the narc, but even after a year, I'm still grieving. I even dream about him and her!!!!!!!!

I left the Narcissist and walked away from romance. My brain doesn't want it but my body starves. I should say her not it. I thought I had a coach advisor and he got dogmatic judgemental on me so I exed him out. And he whipped his Farrah hair. Dont get me wrong I have my path but it's personal and sacred and dogma free. This cat freaked me out. The hair thing was trippy. I was making a card for my mom and dad yesterday being an artist and the advisor calls frantic and when I said no his demeanor changed. A few months? That's nothing. I met my ex within three weeks of his getting dumped by his previous girlfriend. He obviously hadn't gotten over it even though they had only been together less than two years. I doubt he has yet. I thought he would be a good partner as he had previously been married for twenty years, and as far as I can tell it was a pretty good relationship. I think he actually does miss her. But according to my estimate he was in a new relationship about a month after she died. He just can't be alone. He'll take anyone who will have him. He ought to miss me though. I gave good supply! :-D

I went no contact Dec. 14th he was engaged Dec.20 th and got married today March 6th. WTF ? I was with him for 15 years ,until this last affair I walked away. We never lived together or married because I have custody of grandkids and he always said he didnt want to raise kids. I am still hurt but I understand now everything makes sense. Wish I would have figured this out sooner.
