Oh no not only that mine was literally shipped with slight stick drift on both sticks not only that my right trigger (the most important one) literally glitches out and presses twice and sometimes doesn’t even click at all and then on top of that my controllers settings randomly reset and sticks input curve randomly changes and all this happend after 2 weeks of owning it and i have to pay for the repair bc my grandma accidentally deleted her emails so now she doesn’t have proof that I bought it so no refund for me total scam so now I need to go through the goddamn pain of sending my controller back and praying for the best never buy from scuf

I had issues with mine after a couple months ..i got it for christmas ...i sent it in for an exchange ..didnt use the exchange but they just updated it 10 days ago to not need icue at all and its god tier now

The envision runs on iCue software that is absolutely terrible. If it wasn’t for that, I’d buy one. Hopefully scuf realizes this and ditches Corsair’s shit software. Cause god knows, Corsair won’t fix it… edit: I didn’t know Corsair owns Scuf now… that sucks

I must admit the software is its biggest downfall, I haven’t had as serious issues as some but a handful of times I have had to reboot ICUE a few times mid game. I have contacted SCUF multiple times with no reply’s. I’m going to do a 6 month review soon and give everyone my experience. Thanks for watching. 🙏

You can also just use the hardware remapping in the software and then you don't even need to have it open while you use it

I cannot recommend the Envision Pro at all. I purchased it two weeks ago, and after a firmware update via iCue (Scuf is now owned by Corsair), the controller won't even turn on. The support form resembles a puzzle - some pages are in German, some in English. The absurd part is they request an approval number, but there's no description of where to find it specifically for the Envision. I'm curious when the support will respond because apparently, you can't simply return a defective controller; instead, you have to contact an apparently overwhelmed support team.

Woukd love to purchase this or the turtle beach stealth but ive heard too many complaints about the software and UI and crashes.. might as well wait for the elite series 3 at least i know microsofts software will actually work and the UI will be easy to navigate lol

It is a shame about the software not being up to scratch but to be fair it’s not been to much of an issue for me. I should have a new controller for XBOX and PC coming to the channel soon which hasn’t been released yet so keep an eye out. Thanks for your input by the way. 🙏👍

Mine came with right stick issues. I barely press it down and it actuates. I use it to crouch in most games. My Power A Fusion Pro v1 that I still have doesn’t have this issue. I’m going to be sending it back and continue to use my Power A controller until it breaks. It’s been over 2 years and it works like new.

I want to get a "pro" controller but am scared to put in 200 with all of the stick drift and bad customer support horrors. I like the idea of the magnetic sticks and triggers so that it'll never wear out but no proper reputable brands make them yet 😢

The Envision feels amazing but I had to return it unfortunately. The Icue software does not work and constantly forgets my paddle mappings etc. Triggers stop working mid game and often had to restart my PC for anything to work. Scuf support isn’t saying much and hundreds of ppl have the same issues on Reddit. I’ll definitely cop again once they fix it tho

That’s such a shame, I’ve not had the issues you have. I use ICUE for all my lighting and have done since I purchased my PC, the only time it crashes is if I have GPU Driver updates. 🤔

I hate those side buttons. It's distracting and makes me feel the need to press them even if I don't have them mapped to anything. I tried mapping non essential commands and it's just too distracting in a gun right.

Hi this is something I normally ignore as I don’t feel it make that much difference but I have seen a poling rate of 500hz on forums and reviews. This controller feels more responsive than any of the other controllers, whether that’s due to the actual shape and feel I don’t know. I’m doing a review with it against the new Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra this weekend so look out for it 🙏👍

I had that controller for less than week , the icue software sucks, it crashes while your playing a game and and yeah you can map the buttons to hardware but , even then it gives you problems playing wireless 🛜 it took almost an hour to map the buttons because icue was giving me Problems , the controller itself is 10/10 it feels way better than the dual sense edge. I ended up returning it , maybe down the road when Corsair fixes all their bugs with their software I’ll buy it again

I did try to contact SCUF on two occasions myself to see if they could give me some updates on the issues with these controllers but as of yet I have had no reply. I hope your issue get rectified and if I hear anything I will post it on my community page. Thanks 🙏
