The question of language is one of the most painful topics in Ukraine. Theses "Russian as a second official language" did not abate during the last decade. But does Ukraine really need a second official language?
How do other countries with two or even four official languages live? And if we still need a second official language, which one exactly?

07:50 Switzerland - 3 official languages
