It's my first day sober off buds, figured I always wanted to get into shape and yoga always seemed fun. I defs felt this doing more for me than a normal workout 😂 thanks for the video my bro this is gonna help me out alot (also, was super sweet seeing you doing stretches with your son)

I’am so thankful I found your channel! No one can do yoga for us likes you dean! My hips and body needs this . Just last March I had hip surgery from a lot of running. Now my hip still feels weak.

Good one. I've been doing one of the other 20-minute morning routines each day. It has airplane, which I am not very good at, still, and I like to practice. But I wasn't enthused about airplane this morning so tried this and I enjoyed it just as much--upper body work and side planks, less balance, which is exactly what I felt like doing.

Really glad you enjoyed this one Leo! Stay consistent and your airplane will improve. Modifications are always a good things, so be sure and use something to help you balance if necessary.

Saw this workout and was like “aw, this is like every other yoga workout I’ve done”. I’ve kind’ve become bored doing the same thing to build muscle, and this yoga challenged me. I had fun doing it. Thanks. 🙂

i am so sad i didnt find out your channel earlier so i could buy this program instead of the one i bought from Asana Rebel.Theyre nothing close to the way youre explaining the moves, what to look out, what to improve, make sure which muscles to activate.... such a shame, next time i get some money i'll put it on this one 100%

Great video as always! When doing dolphin pose I always get impingement in my lower, is their any way to resolve this??

You're rounding your back and not using your core and compensating for a lack of hamstring flexibility. Bend your knees.

We always suggest combining yoga with other forms of fitness, like weightlifting. 🙏🏼Las palabras no son necesarias. Solo pon el video en silencio y sigue las posturas. Haz cada postura unas cinco veces e inhala y exhala naturalmente por la nariz. Espero que esto ayude.

Words are not necessary. Just put the video on silent and follow the poses. Do each pose about five times and breathe in and out naturally through your nose. I hope this helps.

The best part is when your little boy arrives, he walks and crrawls between your legs, and you adjust the postures so as not to hurt him. He wanted to play 😁
