Just to back this comment up. In November 2021 I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation, from then sleep had been a really struggle. 5 to 6hrs a night with maybe 5-10 mins that would be deemed as deep sleep. Bought Dean's book Yoga for Men and have been picking between those workouts and these KZbin workouts for about 6 weeks and apart from feeling better I have seen my sleep improve markedly. Whilst still only 6 to 7 hrs, but more often getting 2 to 3 hrs of deep sleep. So Dean keep posting 🙏

This guy has a great voice - as if the smokin' bod, motivation, and smarts were not enough. I really incorporate a LOT of these movements in my 20 min stretching time after weights for 1.25 hrs 3x a week. Really enjoyable channel in a lot of ways. Thumbs up! Edit: I'm 66. He's in great shape.

Nice stuff...I feel like the core video was more challenging xD Anyways, I feel more engagement now in my upper body (chest and shoulders) then my core...I feel like often when I exercise the shoulders take most of the toll...

I can’t say it enough! I love this workout! I struggle doing any an workout, and the thought of this makes me want to not do it… but the moment I do, it’s engaging, fun, feels like it’s doing something, and the times passes so quickly!! The next day my abs were killing me 😊😊😊

I believe I eat healthy everyday after my fasting. My first meal is usually at 11. Usually 4 organic eggs with avocado 🥑. And Greek yogurt. With organic blueberries. Sometimes I’ll eat oatmeal. I love my salmon and chicken. And burgers. I’ tried keto years ago. But I looked crappy . That’s what my wife said. I used to run a lot of miles. But I got arthritis in my hip. Lot of pain.I got surgery. So oh yeah I lost my optic nerve vision 5 years ago.all I have now. Is my prefer. Your vedio’s are mean so much to me! And very helpful.I actually do them more than once!

I have wicked tendinitis on both elbows. I have pain soon the side and regular planks in both elbows. Is their a variation I can do to these?

Great question! There are variations presented in the workout but putting your knees down is a great way to slowly work on improving your strength. A pillow under your elbow could also help! We have a routine for wrist and elbow strength you might find helpful: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXnNfId6n9aWbqc

Looks like he has a pretty solid core; you can see the musculature. A "six-pack" is not the same thing as a strong core.
