I adopted a puppy in December and come to find out her brothers and sisters all live in the area. We've already had a play date with her one of her brothers and one of her sisters. They immediately knew each other as soon as they saw each other.

This breaks my heart. I adopted 2 small hounds that remind me of these dogs. They were abused as well and it took a long time for them to trust me but they trusted each other 100%. Our older girl passed away a year ago from cancer. Her sister was so distraught and depressed. The first night she was alone I let her sleep with me for comfort. She got so close to me as if she was asking me to help her get through it. Since a year ago that girl sleeps right next to me cuddled up every night.

I can't believe people are so cruel as to lock up any animal to watch it suffer like that. WHY???!?! WTF is wrong with so many people that do this?? I pray these people were "enlightened" and that they didn't just run out and find 2 more helpless dogs to take their place. As far as this rescue, I cried tears of joy for their new lives. Poor babies were in survival mode and thankfully they were rescued, allowed to be puppers, and taken care of while seeing each other 💖💖💖💖. Brotherly love 😘😘

When I was like 7, a co-worker of my dad's gave him 1 of his dog's puppies which I named Joey, and my grandfather got another 1 of the puppies which was named Daisy. However, my grandfather didn't live near us so for about 8 or 9 years the 2 dogs never saw each other. However, when my grandfather couldn't take care of Daisy anymore, he gave her to us and for the last 2 years of her life she and Joey were always so happy together in our backyard. And I could tell Joey was heartbroken when she died and then he died later that summer.

I just can't understand how some people leave defenceless animals tied up like that, then neglect them so badly! What is the point of having pets if you can't care for them? On a happier note, it really warms my heart when animal's who've had a tough start in their little lives, get to experience real love, and tender care.
