My son wanted my 2008 Honda Accord, so I traded him for his 2007 Volvo XC70. I love this thing! I live near Cross Country Performance, so I'm hoping to get the 2" lift with a little larger tires for more clearance off road. I hope your daughter has safe travels. Get her a Lifelite Mobile! Hi, yes I add it because I don't have a original 12V socket in the trunk. You can found it as "12V car socket" for example on Aliexpress. I don't like these non-original solutions but it is cheap and functional and I need one in the back. I added one 15A fuse to the empty position in fuse box and connect it to the permanent 12V cable. It gives about 100W nicely :)

@VolvoCamperLife3 жыл бұрын
Hi, I can't compare it but maybe it's the same. I'm 187cm height and I have no problem there. Front seats must be moved forward and then 200cm long sleeping pad fits nice. I have inflatable pad so maybe my head exceeds the rear folded seats and with this setup I have enough space. But yes, when I sleep without my wife diagonally is also option 🙂
@janjansen18972 жыл бұрын
same here, i'm 1.93 and i can barely sleep diagonally in my p2 v70. The flat loading length (basically the length where you can sleep) of a p2 is 1,84 mtr and for a p3 (like this xc70) it is 1.87 mtr. If you want to be able to lay flat, you'll need to extend the length with a plateau towards the front of the car (extend it over the rear passenger footwells) with a home made solution.

Hi Alisa, thank you! First answer is yes, especially when I am also with my wife - for her better feeling :) When I am alone with my dog so no in most cases. When is very cold outside and I using the windows insulation so I keep windows closed. Then I can reach up to 10 degrees Celsius difference between outside and inside temperature. If is not so cold I open it little bit. You can breathe all night with closed windows but CO2 will rise to the pretty high level. Its better with small ventilation.
