Every adventure we embark on begins and ends in our trusty Volvo XC70. We've driven more than 70,000 km in less than two years with this car and it's still in great shape, with over 340,000 km on the odometer! 👌🏼

Absolutely beautiful my friend. I love the relationship between you and your Volvo and all the journeys you have conquered together. My family has been attached to volvos for many many years. I have a ‘86 240 wagon in cream color with the m46 trans that I bought from the original owner and she is in pristine condition:). Just amazing. It blows my mind! This is why Volvo Cars company decided for their new investment in Slovakia. I bet they must have seen this video! Great exteriors, indeed! Lakes, High Tatras, countryside.... Anyway, when you sleep in the car - all windows are closed and the air is still okay for sleeping? I read once that sleeping in the car with windows closed is totally ok, no need to have any space for ventilation. What is your experience, please? When considering your sleeping overnight @ -11°C, I guess you have it always close to the top. Don't you? That carbon soot in the engine - is that common, even when driving properly, not even on low revs? No issues about it? DPF after 340k km - no prob? My serviceman told us this MYs 07-13 are reliable and robust. Sorry za toľko otázok, famózne video. Vďaka a pozdravujem. Milan

Watching this in preparation, going to see a xc70 D5 AWD :) If all goes good I will own one of my dream vehicles :) I used to have a XC90 and have driven XC60, C70 however XC70 still is the most beautiful! (I have a soft spot for the V90 CC ocean race edition). I love this video just showing what the XC70 can do with pure relaxed atmosphere, it is amazing well done!!

Super great content. In fact I’m also a maintenance person and allways made my own maintenance to my cars. I had an Land Tover Discovery for 11 years and never have major issues thanks to a predictive atitude to the problems. Nowadays I have a old Hymer Camper powered by Fiat engine and the philosophy is the same. I’m planning on buying a Volvo XC 70 and your channel join’s this car with camping and also maintenance… That’s heaven for me. By the way, congratulations for your super Volvo… Cheers.

Odber, hned po prvom videu.....len tak dalej. Užívaj si kazdy kilometer. Tiez som to takto robieval ale s inym druhom auta no bez psa a bicykla. Momentálne prebieha vyber dalsieho auta cize niečo na tvoj a moj štýl...uvidime ako to dopadne. Kazdopadne tvoje videa nachylili miaku vah smerom k alternatíve ako jazdis ty....

Looks like a very well maintained car. Love how you insulated the hell out of the roof and door panels. Seems like such a cheap and easy thing to do. Don't know why more luxury cars don't do that.

As is visible at 9:16, itś time for you to clean your entire intake and disable the EGR with a software modification. You will also get more kilometers out of your tank of fuel this way. Nice video anyway!

The EGR is still working fine for now, I’ve kept it in place (despite knowing the negative effects it can cause). Currently, I have 440k km on the clock and it’s running without any issues. If it breaks down, there’s a good chance it’ll be removed, and I can also handle the software modification myself :) Thank you!

My wife has a xc90 and she loves it. It’s pretty quirky but i kinda think I enjoy how these xc70s look now to that point I kinda want one. 😂 i currently drive a Toyota Yaris which is super reliable and gets good fuel economy but a adventure mobile like yours would be sweet

Hi Allen, thank you for your comment. I was with my wife to see one XC90 but to our surprise in XC90 was less sleeping space :-/ It is a big car but in the trunk is a more space in XC70 also with a nice flat "floor". So for me is XC70 the best camper Volvo (for V90 CC I don't have enough money) :)
