As a groomer I’m watching this video like Omg noooo lol Don’t get me wrong your little guy is super cute and if you can do at home .. why not ! 😊 You should take down the pad hair with a 30 blade because once the tangles build up in between the pads then the dogs will try to pull It out with their teeth.

7-19-23 I have a 5 month old cavapoo. I'm trying to figure out what he should look like. I think he has poodle ears. Although he is 75% poodle, most of his hair is not very curly.

We just used a card table and a cheap razor. The razor really stinks. A professional plug in grade would be better. I usually just trim him with scissors now.

your precious pup needs to have his paw pads trimmed properly....the hair growth is way too long :(

We lived in Alsaka and it got down to -38 F so we did not trim his paw pads

I never let the hair on the pads get long. Ticks, tangles, mats and who knows what else will come in on those pads. I've have poodles and poodle mixes for many years. And, they require a daily brushing so they don't get those in the 1st place. Your dog is so adorable! What kind of cbd do you use?

A calm drugfree session would be better . Thourough brushing weekly would eliminate knots in his hair. Point of scissors should point away from dog at all times.

I’d be the one to need the CBD in order to do a stressful thing like cutting my sweet little angel girl Cavapoo (or Cavoodle in Australia) !! Haha
