That's bc they train them to be so hyper aggressive that they can't be controlled anymore. Most K-9s aren't even potty trained properly, hence the special easy to clean vehicle they have. That dog is an uncontrollable mess, who nips his handler an average of twice a week, and will 75% likely be put down at retirement bc he can't be sent to a home with or next door to kids. It's not cute and sweet.
