Great video. Can u further explain why you recommend sending emails from a record vs sending from a task.?

It depends on what you're going for, but if you want to see all of your client emails in one place, sending them in a ClickUp CRM will be better. You'll be able to see all of your emails in the activity section within that task. You can send them in tasks, but it'll be harder to centralize all of this in one place unless you have a CRM like HubSpot that you can funnel all of those emails to as well.

That will be difficult to do. I'd recommend if you're sending specific content to specific clients, this should be a manual email as opposed to it being automated.
