@@datiger39 Nah nah, for a girl with that much bodyweight and height, it’s impossible to do it without a little use of some drugs or any performance enhancing stuffs. For a man, it is obviously possible. No girl in this world can do that much pull ups so easily, let alone all so much pull ups in one day. Even if a girl is natural and even did pull ups or liftings for many years, she won’t be able to do it like this girl did here. It’s unnatural and unrealistic. Unsolicited callous advice from a rock climber: Leaving your callouses full thickness increases the chance of them pinching and tearing. Once they pinch you can use a razor blade to slice the pinch off like you mentioned. However for regular maintenence using an emery board preserves more calloused skin and evens them out better than a razor. Moisturizing after the gym and using gloves when you wash dishes are the most beneficial changes you can make to help your callouses and prevent tears. Love your stuff Patty, your back is looking big as hell! You should try some more bouldering or grip strength stuff! Once your hands are healed 😅.
