Here in Texas where I live, Mexican food is part of our life. What you made in your Vermont kitchen was not a taco, but a burrito. Food wrapped in a large flour tortilla and with the ends tucked in is a burrito. Soft tacos are rolled in a smaller tortilla and left open in the end. Crisp corn tortillas are fried folded in a crescent shape and filled with food,. Keeping the food from falling out the ends is part of the fun of eating a taco. Your filling was right-on. Try adding a little chopped avacado next time. Yummy!

Or just a feeder to sit outside during the day and can put inside in the evening. Just a thought. Love you guys.

Seeing the hay feeder you just made and now seeing the boy's hay feeder I think you can re-make it just by putting the hog panels on a slant on the inside. Is that possible? There is sure a lot of hay on the ground. I have no idea about that kind of stuff I'm just wondering,

What you had for dinner, my friends, were modified Burritos. ( soft flour tortilla wrap) A Taco is a corn tortilla that's been fried crispy or crisped in the oven. Its usually half folded and filled up on the inside. If laid flat and filled, then its called a Tostado. All are VERY delicious!
