Here in Texas where I live, Mexican food is part of our life. What you made in your Vermont kitchen was not a taco, but a burrito. Food wrapped in a large flour tortilla and with the ends tucked in is a burrito. Soft tacos are rolled in a smaller tortilla and left open in the end. Crisp corn tortillas are fried folded in a crescent shape and filled with food,. Keeping the food from falling out the ends is part of the fun of eating a taco. Your filling was right-on. Try adding a little chopped avacado next time. Yummy!

I was thinking greenhouse. But I’m not sure. Can’t wait to find out. You could use a Grandpas feeder for the chickens. That way they can have access to feed all day since they are not getting anything from the ground because of winter. Look them up you might like them. Or just a feeder to sit outside during the day and can put inside in the evening. Just a thought. Love you guys.

Seeing the hay feeder you just made and now seeing the boy's hay feeder I think you can re-make it just by putting the hog panels on a slant on the inside. Is that possible? There is sure a lot of hay on the ground. I have no idea about that kind of stuff I'm just wondering,

What you had for dinner, my friends, were modified Burritos. ( soft flour tortilla wrap) A Taco is a corn tortilla that's been fried crispy or crisped in the oven. Its usually half folded and filled up on the inside. If laid flat and filled, then its called a Tostado. All are VERY delicious! ( as per an ex-San Diego Resident who moved back to Canada but misses the fantastic Mexican food like crazy! - Yay! Rubios Fish Tacos!!!)
