She doesn’t have a loose-texture like most mixed people and I know if she ever wore her real hair in it’s natural state, a lot of folks wouldn’t see it for her, cuz most of us only support female artists of color with some proximity to whiteness. I’m not sure what the pattern is of people believing that when women shave their hair off that they have mental problems and need to be watched closely. I know plenty of women who shaved their hair really really low. My mom being one of them. That’s just a style for a lot of women. I don’t see anything wrong with Doja shaving her head. 1) I firmly believe that Doja has Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) as evidenced by some of her odd behavior, the drinking, smoking, and past drug uses to try to quail whatever is going on in her mind. 2) The Miseducation of Amala. There's at least 1 person who gets mad when I comment that Doja wasn't raised properly by her mamma, so I'll say that based on what she has divulged, that Doja had a less than conventional upbringing. 3) Ultimately, her goofiness and class clownish ways denotes a lack of maturity and common sensibility on her part. Typically, when someone behaves that way, there's usually a sense of insecurity at play here due to lack of attention at home or something similar. Doja described her mother as being some type of gipsy and we've seen Doja's childhood picture dressed in some Indian outfit. Doja has also described herself as having no filter which often isn't a good thing when you're a public figure. On top of that, imagine all the possible issues she's dealing with in her contract, professional career (Doja isn't a rapper and so on.... see Grammy acceptance speech for RnB), and all the other social issues she's been sadly mishandling.

Why would Brittany Griner be making the same thing as NBA players when literally no one really watches the WNBA? Make it make sense. We have to stop making everything a sexist thing.

If no one is watching its because there is no marketing or hype around it. They need to invest more into promoting women's basketball.
