Dokken Too High To Fly Roanoke 2020 Reb Beach

The first time I ever got to see Dokken live was back in 2000 on their Erase The Slate tour with Reb Beach as their guitar player, and it was amazing!! Twenty years later and Reb Beach has reunited with Dokken and he is playing like he has never left the band. I love everything that Reb Beach has done in his career. Bands like Winger, Dokken, Whitesnake, The Mob, and his most recent band Black Swan are all amazing bands. I also love everything that Dokken has ever done. I do know that Jon Levin could not do this show because he does not want to risk getting his own father sick since he is the primary caregiver for him. Reb Beach was the perfect guitar player to take his place for this show. I still to this day really enjoy listening to the Erase The Slate album and the live album Live From The Sun that Reb Beach did in his time with Dokken.

1: Everyone over 65 has been thru life. 2: Don Dokken has NEVER been one of the best singers ever. Even he will agree. I've been doing great, thanx. Never was a "hater" & never claimed to be a singer. I do, however, have an opinion. 3: I'm here because this popped up as a suggestion. Band sounds great, except for the vocal performance, which is a total disgrace. I don't mind, though - as long as people pay to see & hear this, there's a market. Which, by the looks of it, won't be for very long.

I was at that show. Don phoned it in. If it hadn't been for Reb and the rest of the band we'd left after the first tune. I've been a huge Dokken fan all my life, but Don's performance at that show was insanely bad.

Did they play any songs from Erase The Slate? Reb is a sharp player like George Lynch. Guitar players affect Dokken album sound a lot. I want Don to make another album with George, but also with Reb.
