If they are actually allowed to do that I’m sure people can work around it by selling a rock and just happen to include the dollskill item for “free”

that's a good point, though it may hurt their ability to promote their listing, though I don't know, I'd be pretty intrigued by a rock for sale on depop

The banning of online resale is ridiculous but i will say there probably isnt much they can do about people reselling it in person. Like at flea markets and vendor events, etc. Or if you find them in thrift stores. But i do realize that will probably make it harder to find exactly what you want and in your size. Hopefully more folks will start selling them at irl markets and the like and possibly put more variety of it at the irl market level
