i didn't know this was a song, I thought my grandma was just singing her own lyrics and just smiled at me when I told her she had a nice voice and she loved singing and sang this song over and over. I heard this song on the radio after 7 years after her passing. Rest in peace, Nanay. You're my best friend and my mom when I was young.

Who DOESN’T love Dolly? She’s so pure. So loving. I love this quote: “I believe in rights for all people , Dolly says . " I think there are many women that are qualified for many jobs , and everybody should be paid well for what they're qualified to do think children and blacks and reds and all people should have an equal shot . I just think we're all God's children and should be treated with respect .”

"I've struggled enough in my life to be appreciated and understood. I've had to go against all kinds of people through the years just to be myself. I think everybody should be allowed to be who they are, and to love who they love. I don't think we should be judgmental. Lord, I've got enough problems of my own to pass judgment on somebody else." Great song indeed. No one is an angel. we all make mistakes. We need to learn from our mistakes. Men and women should respect each and no one should think has more powers over the needs and thoughts of another. We need to allow each person to share his or her own perspective to enable both to reach amicable decisions/solutions. Dolly is indeed a legend. Great lesson from this song❤
