If you push in the little tab oh the bottom the thermostat will come right off.

With a new thermostat you have set up the settings. It will not know what your last settings were. Should be easy to reset. These things can be frustrating. Let me know if you got it. My email is [e-mail]. If I can help. Thanks for watching.

After a reset, your new Tstat should check for communication with all zones and after the hourglass stops you should be good. If not, check your control boxes and RJ11 connections at those points. You could need a new controller.
