This is a reupload from Jan 1, 2021 with the title "Four ways to live a better and happier life". I watched this when I broke up with my girlfriend and it made me feel a little better. I was lost since I was emotionally dependent on her. I needed to find happiness without having her in my life and this video gave me a bit of clarity.

As per usual, this ignores the problem that for a lot of people, NONE of this is under their control. They can't choose to improve their happiness because they have a financial gun to their heads, they are owned, lock stock and barrel by their employer. In many cases "Wage slavery" is not hyperbole.

Exactly! Working less is a death sentence for most people, missing one paycheck could mean that they can't afford food on their table or even a roof over their heads.

Solution here is to abolish capitalism and implement an international minimum wage that is equal across all currencies. This minimum wage should take into account the cost of subsistence and changes in the economy and should therefore be a human right at any time period (making food, water, shelter, and essentially basic human needs a human right). The world will never be perfect but we should be able to expect the bare minimum.

How can I be happy when I'm constantly stressed about how I'm going to pay my bills? Why should I continue to live when I have no time for the things that make life worth living? My average day consists of getting ready for work, commuting to work, working, commuting home, lying in bed because I'm too exhausted to move, and then falling asleep. What's the point?

TED | thank you for Love* TED | Not only speak | but Actions * Because, " Love is not a feeling or an emotion. Love is seeing and doing what is right. That is why when a parent disciplines a child it is out of love. It doesn't feel good but is right and necessary. The world has set us up for failure by selling us lies about love and other things. Many relationships end because the feelings aren't the same and so they believe they have fallen out of love. But their commitment to each other and their children outweighs the loss of excitement. TED you, TED TED | Your Excellency * | 🙋 We are talking about important things you an. "

I feel like happiness is not based on the four values shown in this video, happiness is very personal to each person. What you've calculated was your own four scoring system of happiness, though generalising that for everyone doesn't work.

Let us hope the economists will come up with some new theory which are more human and eco friendly, this GDP based economics of produce more and consume more is harming both humans and nature, let's think of a new world where we produce what we need and consume what we produce.

Prediction - isn't it interesting, that the very meaning says, it is already "dicted". Even if it can mean Before the diction, it still points to a state that you are prepared to know, what you want to know (the question you ask is in a way the answer itself is). Even if you stand blank in mind to know future, the very act of readiness to face is in itself a preparation. So it's impossible to be "blank" or Zero mind to face Future. Then what's prediction??? Like naming what you already have in you and may be understanding it with little more Clarity or may be some easing from the predictor! Sounds similar to medical consultation....No wonder, why medical/ health care is the most rich commerce in world now....it has become like a "Soothsayer" type of Woodoo with jargon used selling...!!!
