I just made this two nights ago, I actually prefer it this way to flour frying. You can also oven fry them season them the same way, add olive oil to the chops before seasoning them and cut a tiny slice through the rind so the pork chops don't curl while baking. No flour!!! Put them in the oven at 400 bam!!

Just curious, seven minutes isn’t too long? I try to go for internal temp of 140 degrees
@AllWingsEverything4 жыл бұрын
No too long for me. The length you cook is a preference. Again it also depends 9n how hot your oil is. This pot temperature wasn't regulated so I didn't know how hot the grease was. But like I said 5 to 7 minutes.

Hi Spinelli, can I get Saxon at Walmart? Also, I notice that Hispanics use lime instead of lemons. Is there that big of a difference between lemons vs limes?

Yes, ive seen sazon seasoning in Walmart. Yes, Hispanic mainly cook with limes vs lemons. If all you have is lemons its not big deal. Me personally I like limes over lemons except when it come to the lemon Pepper Wings.
