when I first started watching the beginner routine I thought it would be something hard but not quite ,and boy oh boy how I was wrong ,somewhere in the half of the set I thought I'm going to die,and eventually after pushing myself and struggling I managed to complete three sets .so to sum it up I loved it ,my abs hurt so laughing is hard to me .Thanks Dominik Sky and also I would love it if you posted more videos like this where you show routines of any kind ,like chest ,back etc.. because I haven't managed to find good routines to leave me on the ground and I'm sure you can get me out of this hell .Again a big thanks

Dude, you're a legend. In just under 7 minutes you covered enough moves to cover people for I don't even know how long, but a long ass time, especially beginners. I also like the "and die" note at the end, it's accurate. I'm only on the beginner routine and this shit is agony. WELL DONE SIR.

I started the beginner workout on monday and the feeling of pain is great :) and I only did about 10% of your training - man you are in shape. I did another traing today and it went better so I will try to do it regularly - thank you for showing the excercieses.

Is there anyway I can use my obliques more in this workout? I don't really feel it in my obliques (im doing the beginner work out).

This probably won't be of any help now, but for anyone reading this comment now thinking the same, you can add in some side plank holds and side plank leg lifts to really burn out the external obliques. Form is everything for your core so don't push yourself too much

I just have one question though, all your muscle strength and muscle growth comes from pure calisthenics (except for the dead-lifts of course)? Is that I'm doing exercise at the gym, and I think that calisthenics reaches out more to pure muscle strength. Any tips?

My biggest issue is getting the mind muscle connection with abs. I feel like I’m using other parts of my body for the excercise and don’t feel my abs at all.
