Such a great video! You answered a lot of questions I had. It always freaked me out when I saw people driving by the long lines to get closer to the front at crossings, glad to hear there are valid reasons for it. Thank you two for all you do to show ya the world.

Funny video - I am a Customs adviser, who has worked in 10 different countries over the last 18 years (including Eastern European border crossing points) I travel in my LD 110 across borders - it was fun listening to the preparation you go through before you travel. Hi Super advises completely agree on everything except for having a clean and well-organized car. I was traveling from France to Mongolia through central Asia and Iran with a sprinter and a motorbike inside (and even a motor paraglider). We had a different technique named "Totor bordel" dirty socks and dustbin in front of the door! The general idea, discourage the custom guard, making him thinking if he is really ready to spend an all day long to check all the car without being sure to find something illegal and to be able to ask money for it. We had just one border (Tajikistan Uzbekistan) where we had to put off the motorbike. But for sure money passport and valuable staff on us, and for you, a good idea of where is what and all-time stay at less than 50cm of the customs officer who is checking your car. By the way, thanks guy super videos

very informative and good advice! If I can add a little extra advice from my own experience: Divide your money over multiple wallets. If you feel you're being ripped off, you can give them "all" the cash you have at that time. If have used this trick succesfully at a military checkpoint.
