I actually spoke my mind yesterday to a guy I’ve been seeing. Subconsciously, I’ve always glaze over the way he made me feel hoping he would catch on and treat me better, because I fear “ chasing” him away if I was to straight forward... But finally I said to myself “what do I have to loose ?” by telling him how I feel, if he’s already not giving me what I wanted. Short story, I spoke my mind and told him my issues. And so far he’s actually improving... so far lol

I literally had to learn this while working in retail. I have went rounds with the store manager. Till this day, we are fine. I still don’t trust him but he also knows I’m not the one to be played with. He does little i Maite tactics to undermine and make some feel inferior. I literally told him the day he said he wanted to start new with us, that he does not intimidate me. He said he comes off as that, but he doesn’t phase me. When you work around someone and see their true colors, they appear as nothing. He doesn’t say much to me. I’m fine with that. I’m there to work and get my check. But I stand my ground and speak up for myself when needed. It feels great!

This came at the exact right moment. The most high works in mysterious ways....I just put a friend on block after they said something in such a way that was hurtful and embarrassing to me in front of my coworker. I have had several conversations with them about this kind of thing and they continue to do what I asked them not to. I told them my truth and put them on block. This is confirmation that I did the right thing!

This is so true! I have this friend who had a interest with me but I didn’t feel the same so he noticed... he said then we should be just friends so I was cool with that ... When we talked he was so cold , body language was just off , he didn’t even look at me when he was talking instead just looking at his phone. Some days he said hi to me some days he would look at me and walk away that made me just mad , felt disrespected and wishy-washy is something I don’t need . I told him I miss him as a friend he said that he misses me too and it was cool but his actions say a different story . I don’t know if I should say something and confront him or should I be done with him???
