A snack hack is pork rinds. They are LOADED with protein and healthy fats and good minerals and vitamins and has no carbs. Plus they are salty so you get some good sodium coverage too. I don't buy them a lot, cause I am not much of a foodie, but ocassionaly they get in the cart if there's a Premier League match in the TV or something.

Man, glad to see a lot of similar items when I shop lol. That Fage Yogurt and Yasso Yogurt ice cream are amazing, and agree with the Fairlife milk. I'm not sure about Kodiak products, I've tried several of their stuff but just never really enjoyed them. I do miss pancakes though.

I actually started getting the Krust-Ez pancakes lately because they have the same macros/calories but are cheaper.
